Anatomy in 3 Dimensions (May 2026)

DESCRIPTION:

Anatomy in 3 Dimensions is a mandatory course for Reformer and CoreAlign Instructor courses. This is an interactive workshop where you will learn the structure and function of bones, joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments as well as the origin, insertion and action of the major muscles of movement by building them yourself on a scale skeleton model. This 3-day course provides a unique and interactive way to learn how muscles move by experiencing each muscle group in action and relating these exercises to functional movement.

• 12 May (Tues): 6pm-8pm (Zoom online)
• 15 May (Fri): 1.30pm – 7pm
• 16 May (Sat): 1:30pm – 7pm
• 17 May (Sun): 2pm – 7pm

Duration: 4 days (18 hours)

Course Material: Manual will be provided on the first day of the course.

NOTE:

• This course is a requirement for Reformer and Core Align test out.
• Early Bird Promotion ends 12 April 2026.
• Students will be notified about 12 weeks in advance if the class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
• Kindly ensure that you are able to attend all days and be punctual for all classes. In the event of missed hours, students are required to arrange amentoring session with the Master Instructor.The need for a make-up session will be determined based on the content missed.Additional feeswill apply for these mentoring sessions.
• If you are unable to attend the scheduled dates you have committed to, a deferment fee will apply:
  • More than 7 daysbefore course date $50
  • Less than 7 days before course date 50% of the course fee
• The course fee mentioned does not cover self-practice, mentoring fees and examination fees.
• The course duration may be extended by 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the number of participants, to maximise the learning experience.
